المؤلفات في علوم القراءات من كتاب معرفة القراء الكبار للإمام الذهبي المتوفي سنة 748هــ

Abstract

Muslim scholars have written in the past and present on recitations of the Quran and its studies. And in order to realize this great heritage، to know the chronology of those writings since the beginning of its writing process and to show the efforts made by its authors I began collecting and investigating this heritage from the biographies of those readers، which included many names of books of recitations and its studies. Through that، I did not find any previous effort made in collecting this literature in one place، so I collected them in this one research by focusing in one of the most prominent books on the readers biographies، which is the book of knowledge of the senior readers by the imam Adh-Dhahabi.

After the completion of the research، I found that it would be divided into two chapters after the introduction: the first chapter is a brief biography of the imam Adh-Dhahabi and his methodology in citing books، this chapter is followed by two topics. The second chapter is a collection of books written in the recitations of the Quran that was cited in the book of knowledge of the senior readers، this chapter includes two other topics and then followed by the results and the indexes.
