Research Title: Al-Zajjaj 's realizations in his book Meanings and Expressions of the Qur’an On Al-Farra in the interpretation - collection and study

 The ancestral scholars paid great attention to the Noble Qur’an, so they composed several works in it, the most important of which are: “The Meanings of the Qur’an and its Pronunciation” by Al-Zajjaj which is an important reference in language and interpretation, and there are many sources in it, including direct sources he received from his sheikhs, and indirectly transmitted from previous scholars, most notably Al-Farra’ from his book “The Meanings of the Qur’an” which is considered an authentic reference for the commentators, and Al-Zajjaj was not satisfied with quoting from it, but he redressed it in several places, and in various aspects, including the aspect of interpretation, and this research aims to:                                                                                

1- Al-Zajjaj 's position statement from the book "The Meanings of the Qur'an" by Al-Farra.                                                             

2- Collecting Al-Zajjaj 's corrections on Al-Farra in the interpretation in independent research.

3- Studying the realizations of Al-Zajjaj On Al-Farra in the interpretation a comparative study and weighting what appears right.

The most important results extracted from the research:

1- Moderation of Al-Zajjaj in its position from Al-Farra, it is sometimes used to correct it, and sometimes it is better to say it.

2- Multiple purposes of the realizations of Al-Zajjaj On Al-Farra between reply and correction and addition and completion, and the reference to a saying or a first meaning.

3- Al-Zajjaj 's commitment to archaeological narratives and the sayings of the people of knowledge in response to the sayings of Al-Farra.

4- Al-Zajjaj 's realizations On Al-Farra of high scientific value especially since their book is considered from the original references for explainers, linguists and students of knowledge.
