Abstract

The research aims to identify the elements of empowerment and its obstacles from a legal perspective, and to clarify the reality of God’s empowerment of the believers, and it also aims to spread hope in the souls of the possibility of empowerment when its ingredients are achieved and its obstacles are not fulfilled. Empowerment has both moral and material components. The morale of them has a greater effect and is more beneficial in bringing and achieving it, and that the obstacles to empowerment are numerous; The most dangerous of them is lack of sincerity and a feeling of psychological defeat, and that God’s promise to the believers of empowerment is conditional on establishing servitude to God and implementing His laws.
