Abstract

This research deals with "the position of the modernists regarding the protest of the late grammarians with the hadith of the Prophet", which aims to analyze the position of the modernists from the protest of the late grammarians to the hadith, and to stand on it, and to explain the problematic of the frequent protest of the Prophet's hadith in the dictionaries books and its lack in the grammar books, and to identify the reasons for the lack of protest by the grammarians with the hadith Sharif, while they often protest against the Noble Qur’an, and the words of the Arabs, whether it is poetry or prose. In her study, the researcher relies on the inductive and descriptive analytical method. And that is through the following content, which includes the introduction that talked about the sources of protest for the grammarians, and focused on the hadith of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. Then four topics: The first topic: studies the point of view of those permitted to invoke the noble hadith, their evidence, and respond to them. The second topic: studies the point of view of those who prevent the invocation of the noble hadith, their evidence, and the response to them, and the third topic: studies the viewpoint of the intermediates between permissibility and prevention, and the decision of the Arabic Language Academy, and the fourth topic: studies the position of the modernists from the rules of protest against the grammarians of the prophetic hadith. As for the conclusion: it provided a general summary of the research in general, listing the different directions taken by the modernists, and their position on the protest of the late grammarians with the Prophet’s hadith, as well as included some recommendations, and the researcher’s opinion discovered through the research.
