Abstract

This research, entitled “Al-Hadi fi Al- Fiqh Imam Masoud bin Muhammad Al-Nisaburi Al-Tarithi (d. 578) - Study and investigation” is a thorough study of the book, its attribution to the author, value, and method. This study was formed as a result of the importance of jurisprudence in Muslims life and the need for students of forensic to access the Summary that gathers the origins of the Shafi’i school issues. This Summary meets this purpose with an easy, clear far from complicated phrase. Its author is considered one of the distinguished and advanced scholars. The research aims to: achieve the subject of the book and prove the validity of the book attribution to the author, may Allah have mercy on him, to indicate the position of this book among the books of the Shafi’i school, and to know the author’s sources in this book by applying the descriptive and analytical approaches. Whereas, the nature of the research requires a description of the phenomena specific to the manuscript and an analytical study of the book in question. The research reached goals, the most important of which are: documenting the book attribution to the author, identifying the richness of the author’s sources, its preferences and corrections, indicating its disagreement and agreement with its approval of the school, in addition to the importance of the book in Shafi’i school in particular, and Islamic school in general.
