Abstract
This is a research entitled Judicial Jurisprudence from the Journal of Judicial Judgments. This research handles five rules of jurisprudence، which are: the one that is proven by proof is as the one that is proven by sight، the trustee's oath clears his responsibility، the question is repeated in the answer، there is no argument with contradiction، evidence to prove the difference of appearance، and the oath is to preserve the original. The researcher made a fundamental study for each of these rules، which included an explanation of the rule، mentioning its evidence، and mentioning the applications to it and the exceptions - if any - from the Hanbali school of thought.
The researcher has found the need for more doctrinal studies on jurisprudential rules so that they are compatible with the origins and branches of each of the four schools of thought، especially since most studies on jurisprudential rules are studies on the Hanafi school.
