Characteristics of glorifying the Sacred Land since the creation of the heavens and the earth in light of the Qur’an and its effects

Abstract

There are many verses in the Qur’an indicating characteristics of Makkah and its immutable sanctity since the creation of the heavens and the earth. This study is entitled: “Characteristics of glorifying the Sacred Land since the creation of the heavens and the earth in light of the Qur’an and its effects” as a group of people believes that characteristics of the Sacred Land have been proven to it since the Abrahamic era and by his call to it and due to young people’s inattention of that. This study removes this confusion and clarifies its characteristics and effects by clarifying the concept of characteristics of glorifying the Sacred Land, rooting it since Allah created the heavens and the earth, and extrapolating its implications. The study limits the verses, with tracking and induction, description of events, analysis of verses, and extrapolation. Results: Proving characteristics of glorifying the Sacred Land since the creation of the heavens and the earth, including: building the Ka‘bah on its land, for worship, love and glorification, and its being a sanctuary of well-being for people, so that their religious and worldly benefits are achieved; Proving its sanctity, for Allah has made it a safe sanctuary; proving the purity of the Sacred House authentically from manifestations of polytheism and heresy, and it is a source of guidance and knowledge; and enhancing value of glorification in souls, by manifesting the effects of specialization.
