Abstract

Foresight is one of the positive reasons whose future results contribute to developing the current situation and taking appropriate decisions in any field and in any work system.Foresight means observing the change in a particular phenomenon or phenomena and trying to identify the different possibilities; To develop them in the future, and this foresight is prepared by centers specialized in studies, research and planning in governmental and non-governmental agencies.

 The importance of anticipating the future of smart phone applications comes after we rely on them to do most of our daily lives, through various social networking sites, follow the news, carry out private business within government agencies and others, and use the private sector to deal with customers.

The research comes on the application (Najez of the Saudi Ministry of Justice) one of the most important and vital Islamic applications taken by the Saudi government to facilitate the citizens to complete their own transactions that fall under the jurisdiction of Sharia courts, where in the past people’s transactions were delayed due to crowding, bureaucratic procedures in some Shariah departments and difficulty of access to these entities; Due to the distance or ignorance of the jurisdiction, and the lack of knowledge of what is required to accomplish any topic, and among the objectives of the research: introducing this application, the reasons for it, the components and advantages of this application, and the prospective effects of this application in the public benefit of Saudi citizens, and the results of this research, God willing.
