Abstract

These papers deal with a topic related to our family life, which is the effect of coercion and anger in triggering divorce. Through it, I aimed to clarify what the scholars mentioned about the effect of forced and angry divorce.

I dealt with it in three main topics; The first topic dealt with coercion and anger linguistically and idiomatically, and in the second topic I dealt with the effect of coercion in causing divorce and showed its types alone and the issue of forced divorce, and in the third section I dealt with the effect of anger in causing divorce and showing its types alone and the issue of divorce of the angry.

Then the research concluded with a conclusion in which the most important results and some recommendations were mentioned, and one of the most important results is that coercion and anger are among the reasons that lead to divorce if they meet the conditions set by scholars, and that Islamic Sharia is valid for every time and place.
