ABSTRACT:
This research revolves around the hadiths that seem to contradict - on the subject of the ruling that the intention must be made to fast - which were mentioned by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani in his book Bulgh Al-Maram from the hadiths of rulings. The night, and aims at the validity of fasting from the night, and the research aims to collect and subject these hadiths, and to clarify their ruling in terms of health and weakness, and the surrounding circumstances, and the subject of this research The researcher started the inductive and comparative approach, and at the end of the research we reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: that the most correct in warding off the apparent contradiction between the hadiths is to combine the hadiths and carry each hadith on its own meaning. Nafl fasting and volunteering.
