This research is titled: legislative precautions against epidemic through holy Quran and honorable way of the prophet (Sunnah).

What is meant by legislative precautions against epidemic? What are the issues which Islam guided us to before the occurrence of epidemic? What are the issues which Islam guided us to after the occurrence of epidemic? The objectives of this research include: projection of the concept of legislative precautions; clarification of importance and position of legislative precautions in Islamic religion; role of legislative precautions in realisation of the intent of self preservation; and projection of legislative precautions from holy Quran and honorable Sunnah against epidemic before and after its occurrence. This research consists of introduction, two research requirements, end, and references. This research deals with the basis of precautions without mentioning curative processes or its properties quoted in holy Quran and honorable Sunnah. This research concludes with several recommendations, the important of which is establishment of teaching of a scientific material in general education that concerns with development and evolution of knowledge as well as directions with positive impact upon students from both healthy and environmental point of view. This will link learning process with life and environment of learner. In addition to motivation of collaborative efforts at personal, family, and community level with all its institutions to eradicate the ghost of diseases and epidemics.
