Abstract

The research deals with the great measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in containing the “Corona” pandemic in providing the interest and health of the human being, in accordance with the regulations of the Shariah, which is issued by it. Participation in scientific rooting, and realistic download.


          The importance of the topic is reflected in the fact that precautionary measures in their general sense are among the topics in which legal texts and established principles abound, which calls for shedding light on them in scientific research.


       There is an urgent need to highlight the intentional applications of calamities; In anticipation of its recurrence in different forms, thus increasing awareness of the importance of proactive initiatives.


In it, he drew the world's attention to this rich heritage of knowledge that Muslims possess, and explained the rational rulings, sound precautions, and accurate foundations to which Islam preceded.


      The research was divided into an introduction, then a preface, in which: the definition of the search terms, then two chapters: the first: about quarantine, suspension of activities and travel, and the second: about the suspension of rituals, such as groups and Umrah.


        The research concluded that the comprehensiveness of the Sharia and the evidence of the texts on all incidents, either rooted or detailed, and the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in these calamities; For embracing the landing stage of revelation, and for sponsoring international scientific institutions.


           The researcher recommended the necessity of emphasizing the balance between emotional faith consideration, realistic jurisprudence consideration, and activating the jurisprudence of anticipation on the weight of global thinking centers. In anticipation of any future calamities, preparing a historical dictionary of similar events, documenting the positions of scholars on them, and the authors and fatwas issued therein.
