Abstract
Title of the research: the base of the follower and what follows from it through the journal of justice judgments with its applications in the Doctrine of Hambali
The research deals with this rule and its subsidiary rules, which are mentioned in the Journal of Justice Provisions:
Who ever owns something that is a king of his own , a one-and-a-not-than-single rule - is forgivable in the minions, unforgivable in others- if the origin falls, the branch falls - if the thing is a hero within it.
The researcher's obligation to mention branches and excludies based on the Hanbali doctrine is that many of those who wrote in the rules of the Journal of Judgments were limited to the doctrine of al-Hanif and Shafi'i, or perhaps a confusion between them.
The research concluded with some results, including: that the branches of the Hanbali doctrine are spoken of as al-Qaeda, and that Ibn Najim al-Hanafi is preceded in many of the formulas of the rules mentioned by him, as mentioned before him by al-Suyuti in the semis and isotopes, and some of them were also preceded by the Zarkshi, where he mentioned it in the revolution.
