Abstract

The project of Dr Abdul-Karim Soroush was obvious in the Iranian Shiite space. Its features began after the Iranian revolution. Soroush’s writings were clearly transferred from heritage to ask modernity and innovation through discussions and dialogues in religious constant knowledge to reform the religious thoughts.By this way, Soroush made a new reading to the Islamic mind by criticizing the internal structure of Islam and dismantled the scopes of Islam. He discussed the religious axioms that form the foundation of faith for a Muslim. In addition, Soroush established the humanity of religious knowledge and he linked it to the historical context of human and the horizon that exports knowledge. Dr Soroush’s religious knowledge represents the reading productions and human being’s conclusion who are not infallible, which is unlike the religion which it means forbid monopoly in religion knowledge by particular group and allow other to participate by suggesting an approach to renew the religious knowledge.Dr Soroush permeated the religious knowledge and origin and he divided them to essential and secondary. He decided that the secondary does not represent the core or of religion or the necessity of faith because he sees it represents the shell of religion, which is change constantly. He clarified that in his theory self and transverse in religion to the matters of faith are not more than the number of hand fingers. For that, he assured that the religion’s domain is limited. Also, he put a theory to solve the dilemma of the saved group and he concluded the idea of the straight paths which confirmed on the idea of multiple realities and correctness all clerks, sects and religions as a solution to establish coexistence and peace on the Earth.In the parallel with presentation, the researcher clarified the errors that Dr Soroush made and its repercussion on the Islamic thought.
