Abstract

This thesis is about the investigation and study of the chapters of the public and private, the outlined and outlined, the apparent and the responsible, from the manuscript of “Perceptions of Papers, Explanation of Papers” by Imam Ali bin Nasser al-Din al-Hijazi. This study aims to introduce Sheikh Ali bin Nasser Al-Din Al-Hijazi. It follows the sources on which Sheikh Ibn Nasser relied, explaining the special choices in the book, explaining the method that the Sheikh followed, in addition to studying these chapters from the manuscript, achieving it, and directing it to the fullest extent, as the author wanted it as possible. The nature of the study required reliance on the descriptive approach, the historical approach, and the analytical approach. The study ended with results such as: The explanation combined the two methods of speakers and jurists. The smoothness and ease of Sheikh style. And Sheikh ibn Nasir's lack of fanaticism.
