Study Abstract:
The Qur'an is the everlasting book of Allah; the only book that Allah has promised to preserve - in comparison to the previous books of revelation - which came to us via the last and final messenger. Thus, as it is the final book from Allah, it is, and always will be, a miracle and guidance for humanity and for the righteous until The Day of Judgment.
The Qur'an has within it many types of guidance, such as economical guidance; hence, it advocates production and working, whilst also warning against the waste of money and resources. In addition, the Quran has established many financial rules and principles mentioned throughout it. In Surah Quraysh (Chapter 106), there is within it some of the principles that are required to build a country. In fact, it clearly states how the Quraysh tribe (a small nation in the city of Makkah), established its economy through encouraging investment and trade, but that was something that could not be fully accomplished without safety and stability within a community/society. Therefore, we can benefit from these teachings and instructions in our current time, in order to build our modern economy within our countries.
