Abstract

This research is intended to provide a study on the life of Abu latahiyah, and the negation of what they said about the fun and Majoon. The poet was chosen because of the many accusations and rumours that talked about his insanity at the beginning of his life. However, the researcher did not find evidence to prove that; on the contrary, he found through his knowledge of the poet's office, and most of the sources and references that talked about what confirms his asceticism and morals. The researcher has taken the inductive approach in writing this research, due to the urgent need to see in previous studies. As well as the analytical method; through the analysis of the information and facts about the poet. One of the main findings of the research is the incorrectness of the accusations levelled against the poet, including his playfulness and insanity at the beginning of his life, as well as his hypocrisy, heresy and others.
