The objective of the current research was to identify the effectiveness of the differentiated teaching strategy in the development of the understanding of some of the concepts of the physics course for the second secondary grade at the upper levels of the analysis، synthesis and evaluation. The study was based on the semi-empirical approach. The sample was divided into two experimental groups، using a distinct teaching strategy and control The study sample was composed of (50) second grade students who were divided into two equal groups: a pilot group of (25) students and an officer group of (25) students. There was a statistically significant difference between the average score of the experimental group (refraction and lenses) of the physics course for the second grade secondary using the differentiated teaching strategy and the average score of the control group students that were studied in the post-application method for the conceptual understanding at the level of analysis، For the experimental group..
