Abstract

Title of Study : A Proposed Concept for the Development of Extracurricular Activities in the Arabic Language in Light of the Requirements for Developing Creativity among Primary School Students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Objectives of the Study: The aim of this study was to identify the necessary requirements for the development of creativity among primary school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through extracurricular activities, as well as to identify obstacles to students' practice of extracurricular activities and to identify the bases and procedures for the proposed scenario for the development of extracurricular activities in Arabic Light requirements for the development of creativity.


Study Sample : The current study identified the spatial boundaries in Madinah Al Munawwarah area.


The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in the treatment of the subject of the present study. The researcher used the method of Delphi to reach a consensus among the supervisors of student activity in the educational offices in Madinah Al Munawwarah and the pioneers of activity in some primary schools in Madinah on the basis and objectives of visualization Which was proposed by the current study on the development of extra-curricular activities in the light of the requirements of the development of creativity.


Statistical Processes : In this study, the researcher used the method of descriptive statistics (frequencies and percentages). The researcher did not resort to differences tests for the small study population.


Results of the study : The study concluded a series of results, most notably:



  1. Knowledge of the proposed conception for the development of extracurricular activities in the Arabic language in light of the requirements for the development of creativity among primary school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  2. Identify the requirements for developing creativity among primary school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through extracurricular activities.

  3. Knowing the reality of the extra-curricular activities of the primary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the requirements of the development of creativity.

  4. Know the obstacles that face the teacher in the practice of students for extracurricular activities.

  5. To formulate the foundations and objectives of the proposed scenario for the development of extra-curricular activities in the Arabic language in light of the requirements of the development of creativity.
