Abstract

Many Cloud Computing providers offer many services for users to choose from. However, this is time-consuming and the information regarding the services keeps changing. Some tools compare providers but none that assist users to decide which Cloud Computing providers about functional services. There exists research that employs linear equations in making decisions in other areas. In this paper, a linear equation has been experimented with to measure the functional services of selected Cloud Computing providers to meet user-preferred needs. The linear equation calculates the weights of the functional services that rank the providers. This tool called measuring user preferred service certainly assists users to decide provider based on current needs without visiting its website and the information presented is up to date.
