The performance of schools are increasingly being judged by the basis of effective usability of student information system. Information or data gathered on such critical systems are very important for the improvement in the student outcomes. So this study aims at discovering the factors leading to problems found in the usability of the student information system, and how it could be improved to produce better outcomes. The outcome analysis of this investigation comes from the knowledge obtained from surveys and interviews from multiple sources.
