Abstract

Ibn Al-Jazari, may Allaah have mercy on him, composed Tayyibat Al-Nashr in the ten readings, including Al-Nashr book, which was intended to explain the readings and the points of agreement in them between the readers and the points where the readers differ in them. However, he did not adhere to a single word to indicate the   disagreement, rather he used multiple words to refer to disagreement and the multiplicity of facets. The problem of the research appears in that the methods of Ibn Al-Jazari, May Allaah have mercy on him, in referring to the disagreement narrated from one narrator or one reciter are numerous. Where he did not adhere to a single method in denoting the disagreement, which requires the reader of his writing to know the words of the disagreement with him, their types and connotations. Also the research aims to clarify the reason for the disagreement attributed to the narrator or the reader from among the ten readers in a spreading letter or a fundamentalist rule, the existence of many words of contention that Ibn Al-Jazari used in composition of the Tayyibat Al-Nashr, and he explained some of the connotations of the words of contention that Ibn Al-Jazari used in it, and the division of the words of contention in the Tayyibat Al-Nashr according to their connotations. The researcher used the inductive approach to extrapolate the positions of the words indicative of disagreement in Tayyibat Al-Nashr, which is to look at the molecules and infer them on the wholes. And the deductive approach to deducing the significance of the words mentioned by the writer in the statement of disagreement. The search results can be summarized in the multiplicity of words of disagreement until it reached twenty-eight words, some of which indicate disagreement, some indicate disagreement and an increase, such as an indication of weakness or health, and some of its significance requires a presumption.
