Abstract

Praise be to Allah، who is overflowing on his slaves with many makarem، is to purification the souls، and he urged them to adhere to the good human ethics، and may Allah bless and bless the Prophet Muhammad.the thoughtful in the title of our research named ((human ethics in exceptional policy in the Qur'an and the Sunna)). Believes that the subject of this research is based on pillars of human ethics with exceptional policy in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Whereas، the subject of this is the ethical behavioral application of humanity. Among the controls is what is in the Qur'an and Sunnah from the ruling texts on that moral conduct. Examples include control: the emphasis on compassion and the lower of the wing of the child to the parents، even if they are infidels and the pen of reform among people. Whereas it was allowed to lie in an exceptional policy and in this، the problem of this research is identified. As well as the need to propagate the culture of this disciplined behavior – exceptional policy – educational and media methods at all levels of home، school and social. It is necessary to have a scientific plan for that. Achieving these goals is a great importance and based on a solid foundation based on the exceptional political provisions of human ethics in the Qur'an and Sunnah، leading to peace and reassuring people among themselves. On arrival، the researcher relied on the method of induction and extrapolation. From all this we can reach very important results. These include achieving a behavioral and moral balance in the society of different groups of individuals and groups. The most important of which is that the exceptional policy of human morality based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah is a way to reach the desired solutions to solve the problems of human ethics with an exceptional legal policy.
