Abstract

The Concept of Mafhum al-Muwafaqa and Its Deductions from the Hadiths of Sahih al-Imam al-Bukhari (A Jurisprudential and Usul Study) This research examines the concept of Mafhum al-Muwafaqa in the Hadiths of Sahih al-Imam al-Bukhari from a jurisprudential and usul al-fiqh perspective. The study aims to establish the authority of Mafhum al-Muwafaqa, presenting the arguments of its proponents and opponents. It also seeks to clarify how Mafhum al-Muwafaqa is derived from the Hadiths of Sahih al-Imam al-Bukhari. The research adopts an analytical and comparative methodology and is expected to contribute to a better understanding of Mafhum al-Muwafaqa and its applications in the Hadiths of Sahih al-Imam al-Bukhari and address certain gaps in previous studies. The study aims to benefit students of Islamic jurisprudence, researchers in the field of usul al-fiqh, and those interested in the correct interpretation of the Prophet’s Hadiths.
