اسم البحث: برامج التعليم الجامعي وتنمية مهارات إدارة المستقبل (دراسة على طالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز).

الهدف من البحث: تعرف احتياجات طالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز المحسوسة لديهن حول مهارات إدارة المستقبل، وذلك من خلال الإجراءات التالية:

1- تحديد قائمة بمهارات إدارة المستقبل التي يمكن تنميتها من خلال برامج التعليم الجامعي.

2- قياس درجة احتياج طالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز المحسوسة لديهن لمهارات إدارة المستقبل التي تم تحديدها.

3- تعرف مدى توافر مهارات إدارة المستقبل التي تم التوصل إليها في برامج التعليم الجامعي الحالية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز من وجهة نظر طالبات التخرج.

4- الكشف عن درجة اكتساب طالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز لمهارات إدارة المستقبل من وجهة نظر طالبات التخرج.

5- تحديد مصادر اكتساب مهارات إدارة المستقبل من وجهة نظر طالبات التخرج بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز.

وقد ساعدت نتائج البحث في: التوصل لقائمة تتضمن ثلاثة أبعاد؛ كل بعد تناول (10) مهارات، وكشفت النتائج عن تباين في درجة الاحتياج ومدى التوافر ودرجة الاكتساب ومصادر الاكتساب، كما عبرت عنها عينة طالبات التخرج، وأكدت النتائج احتياج الطالبات لمهارات البعد المعرفي والتكنولوجي ثم مهارات البعد المهني التخصصي، وتدني مستوي التعبير عن الاحتياج لمهارات البعد (الشخصي والأسري والاجتماعي) بالرغم من أهميتها للطالبات؛ والنتائج في مجملها تشير إلى أن كل تخصص تميز في أحد أبعاد قائمة مهارات إدارة المستقبل، ويوصي البحث بأهمية إعادة النظر في برامج التعليم الجامعي وإثرائه بشكل متوازن يتيح الفرص لاكتساب مهارات إدارة المستقبل بأبعادها الثلاث.

Abstract

Title: University Education Programs and Development of the Future

Management Skills (the study of the students of King Abdul Aziz University)

Objective of the research: know the needs of King Abdul Aziz University students the perceived to have on the management skills of the future, through the following actions:

1 - determine the list of management skills that the future can be developed through the programs of university education.

2 - Measuring the degree of need of students of the University of King Abdul Aziz perceived to have the management skills of the future that have been identified.

3 - You know the availability of management skills of the future that have been reached at the current higher education programs at the University of King Abdul Aziz, from the perspective of students graduate.

4 - Detection of the degree students to acquire King Abdul Aziz University for the future management skills from the perspective of students graduate.

5 - Identify the sources of the future acquisition of management skills from the perspective of graduate students at the University of King Abdul Aziz.

Has helped the search results in: to reach a list of three dimensions of each HAS(10) skills, and the findings revealed differences in the degree of need and availability and the degree of acquisition and the sources of acquisition as expressed by the sample of students graduating, and the results confirmed the need of students to the skills dimension of knowledge and technology and skills dimension vocational specialist, and the low level of expression of the need for the skills dimension (personal, family and social) in spite of its importance to students. And the results on the whole indicate that characterize each discipline in a list of the dimensions of the future, management skills, and recommends reconsideration of the importance of research in higher education programs in a balanced and enriching provides opportunities to acquire the management skills of the three dimensions of the future.
