Imam Al Shobari`s Approach in his margin on the Students Masterpiece in the Explanation of the editing text by Al Ansari and his choices in the jurisprudence of transactions.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that the margin is still manuscript, which makes it difficult for specialists to know the approach of the Imam in his margin. This research aims to explain the approach of the Imam in his margin, with an explanation of his way of commenting and investigation on issues according to the Shafi'i school of fiqh. In her thesis, the researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approach; she showed the approach of Imam Al Shobari in his margin, and the extent of his commitment to the Shafi'i school of fiqh from the point of viewing and preference. The most important results reached by the researcher through this study: The accuracy of the imam in the presentation of the approved Shafi'i school of fiqh, which is related to the jurisprudence of sales and transactions, in addition to the non-intolerance of Imam Al Shobari to his school of fiqh in his choice or preference in Juristic issues.
