This study deals with the difference in the expression in Surat al-Nasha'a and its impact on significance. The problem of research is to study the difference in the expression and the semantic effect in the different words in the expression in Surat Al-Nisa '. The purpose of this study is to study the Quranic words that differed in grammar, The meaning of the different meanings in the different word in its expression in the Sura of women, where the importance of this research in understanding the Koran and its management and stand on its meaning through the science of the interpretation of the Koran, And the addition of new meanings through differing expression, and the researcher followed in this study the method of inductive analytical, and the results of the study showed that grammar and expression is the basis on which the Arabic language, and that the understanding of the Quranic verses and clarify the meaning, And that the difference in expression leads to a difference in meaning.
