Customer Trust And Acceptance Of Online Purchasing In Malaysia

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to cover the published literature in the field of customer acceptance and trust for purchasing an online products, and review this published works in the past view year according to its objectives, findings, and future recommendations. The research community need to cover the research gap in the customer acceptance and its related area, especially after the previous major enhancements on the web science. The customers of online Malaysian marketplace could be a good research community. Considering our review and findings in the future researches could establish a rough model for customer acceptance of purchasing online products, and feed the research field with the latest changings and emerging of the technology.
